5K - Indiana

Last Saturday a number of my family members participated in the 5K Patoot Fun Run in Peterson, Iowa as one of our family reunion activities. My time was 40.44.96 not bad for my first 5K ever! And to keep my mother and myself motivated to keep running - we will be participating in another 5K Fun Run at the end of July in Indiana.
